Event Stakeholder event with Algae UK

This event was hosted jointly by Algae-UK and a team from ValgOrize, and brought all interested stakeholders from different parts of the chain, to discuss the latest developments and (UK) requirements for increasing the use of algae for food and food ingredients.

Roundtables were organised to debate the most important challenges and suggested solutions for policy, environment and regulation; value chains; markets and consumers; and science, technology and innovation and to shape the outcomes into a roadmap that highlights key priority areas that need to be addressed between now and 2025.
